The MOON – 5/7/15:
To better understand the message, you must remove the clutter. Too much volume and importance is often given to the lesser message. It may seem that the person that speaks the loudest has the most important message. This is seldom true.
The constant communication within you must be free of clutter as well. Clean up your messes. Seek the joy in all things and remove the clutter. Why do you believe you have any problems? The louder voices would insist that you do. When you quiet the loud voices, the clutter will, like magic, clear itself. You do not create clutter you accept it.
Put away “bad” or what you would call “bad thoughts;” breathe and listen closely. By giving each message a bit of time, you can decide which message is worth a more focused approach.
Questions to Ponder:
Take the time to listen to your inner messages that are playing through your mind at any given moment. Notice the thoughts, thus your internal messages, of worries, fears and so-called problems being replayed and rewound within your mind. Also, listen for the uplifting and positive messages. Can you tell which ones tend to have a louder voice within? Remember that a message loud in volume doesn’t necessarily equate to importance. Can you quiet the loud messages so that you can sift through them all and find the ones that are worthy of your time to hear and hold?
This message rings so true to my being, this morning! Thank you for this Karen. ” Turning the volume down ” can be so tough! Reading this I felt ” ah, a breath of fresh air ! ” 🙂 I love this!
I so agree, Ryan! Turning the volume down on those thoughts that espouse such worries and negativity can be a task. I love “their” suggestion to give every thought, in a slow and deliberate manner, a listen, but to choose only those that are worthy of our focus. Yes, it takes time. Thus, meditation is a the best way I know how to engage this process…
