The Guides often express their points by using acronyms to aid in the memory of that point. They want us to know that life and the experiences within life are truly simple, but that we get in our own way and complicate most everything. In order to transmute any experience, they suggest applying the “simple light” technique. What situation that is occurring within your life right now, could you choose to see it within the light of consciousness and from a lighter experience of it? Simply lighten the burden.

About The MOON:

These are channeled messages from the Collective Group of Energies known as “The MOON.” This group of Beings first came to Karen in 1994 and were affectionately named, The MOON, because they entered the Board at the symbol of the moon. (Karen named them this, as they do not have names.) They now communicate with Karen through several means, including thoughts, voice channeling, meditation, writing, dreams and the Board.
